Just a small tip from my end. Our forum thread background consists of 2 colors, so people that create cutout sigs need to keep that in mind. You will need to work with 2 backgrounds colors to get your sig working well. Below is a image to show you the HEX colors used here. Your best bet is to use a GIF file with a mask.
There is a trick I use that seams a outline image into a background with a gif. The above SOTW image paper is an example.
I can explain this in a tutorial soon, which wil be part of our new turorial section.
But for now I wanted to explain to you all about the colot challenge that you may face if you do a cut out sig.
